Also, can we just appreciate how nice the furniture is in Next!
First stop Gino’s, located at street level in the Next store, for breakfast. What better way to start off a shopping day than to be fully fuelled up with the best food from Gino’s deli! Gino wasn’t around on this occasion but Giuseppe was a great substitute. Can’t beat a little Italian charm at 9 o’clock in the morning!
Now to the most important part of the day, SHOPPING!! Of course your girl had to stop off at the usual favourites. Topshop, Gap, you know the ones. Then onto Office where I fell in love with these beaut snakeskin boots!
But wait, let’s not forget that this was ‘R’ Kaz’s day so off to a very Christmassy Baytree Interiors as there’s a bit of redecoration going on at home at the moment. Nearly bought the biggest clock in the world until common sense kicked in, neither of us were up for wrestling this around the Manchester Arndale for the rest of the day. You never know though, Santa may have been watching and getting ideas for his list!
Detour into Gap’s new flagship store where we found out from their denim personalisation expert, Iymaan, that they are offering a denim hemming, distressing and embroidery service. We even got our own personalised bags. Great idea, good work Gap.
Last stop was the No7 counter in Boots. My Mum’s been a fan of their skin care products forever so this was a good bet for a purchase. On to a winner here as she picked their Lift & Luminate collection which was half price and Boots points as well.
If you’re looking for a day out with your Mum, pick Manchester Arndale, so much shopping, delicious food stops and full of Christmas inspo.
