• This free prize draw will run between Friday 4 and Sunday 6 November 2011.

• There are five prizes to won as part of the “Get the Party Started” event -
    • two tickets to see The Saturdays at the MEN Arena on 9 December 2011; 
    • two “You’re A Star” gift sets from Lush;
    • a cut, style and colour at Trade Secrets; 
    • a beauty hamper from No 7 at Boots.

• Everyone who books and attends a 3D body scan appointment between Friday 4 and Sunday 6 November 2011 will be entered into the prize draw.

• No purchase is necessary to enter, the free prize draw is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

• All entrants must be over 16 years of age at the date of entry.

• All additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the winner.

• The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The five winners will be required to bring suitable identification with them to be able to collect their prize. Acceptable forms are; photo driving license, photo student ID, passport.

• The five winners must agree to have their name, home town and image being published on www.manchesterarndale.com and elsewhere.  They agree to their participation being broadcast, recorded and repeated without being entitled to any payment.

• Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition/prize and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof. 

• The five winners will be notified by email or telephone.  Failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) will result in the prize being forfeited.

• The competition excludes staff members of Manchester Arndale and their families, their agents, participating clients or anyone professionally connected with the promotion of the competition.

• It is a condition of entry to the competition that these rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.
