Soho - Supervisor

Soho Coffee Co are looking to recruit a Supervisor to work within their Manchester Arndale Store.

The ideal candidate will ensure Soho Coffee Co is known for great locally produced food and coffee and fantastic service which drives sales and profitabilty, new, loyal and repeat custom and sets us apart from the rest.

You will be responsible for first class customer service and quality control, store hygiene and safety systems, store profitability and agreed targets.#

You will be mad about great food and fantastic service, demanding and a leader of people.

You will have 1 years previous supervisory experience in retail, proven experience of managing people, strong operational skills, ability to communicate well, good administrative and organisational skills.
