Soho - Store Manager

Soho Coffee Co are looking to recruit a Store Manager to work within their Manchester Arndale store.

The ideal candidate will ensure Soho Coffee Co is known for great locally produced food and coffee and fantastic service which drives, sales and profitabilty, new, loyal and repeat customers.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of this new store including, recruiting and developing great staff who are well appreciated and valued, first class customer service and quality control, store hygiene and safety systems, store profitablity and agreed targets.

You will be mad about great food and fantastic service, demanding, and a leader of people.

You will ideally have 2 years management experience in a high volume food/retail business. Proven experience of managing people, strong operational skills, committed to leading by example, to instil genuine pride and ownership throughtout the whole team, the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing and have good administrative and organisational skills.
