TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This competition will run online via www.manchesterarndale.com or via a specific QR code from Thursday 26 April 2012 until Monday 18 June 2012.
2. There will be 28 winners in this free prize draw and these prizes include

3. To be one of our winners – entrants have to tell us which look/trend in the Spring/Summer 2012 INSIDE magazine they like best and provide their name, phone and email address.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and reside in the Greater Manchester Area.
6. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winners will be required to bring suitable identification with them to be able to collect their prizes. Acceptable forms are; photo driving license, photo student ID, passport.
8. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
9. Only one entry per person will be accepted for this competition.
10. The 28 winners agree to have their name, home town and image being published on www.manchesterarndale.com and elsewhere.  They agree to their participation being broadcast, recorded and repeated without being entitled to any payment.
11. If you are a winner, we will notify you by email or mobile. Failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
12. The competition excludes staff members of Manchester Arndale and their families, their agents, participating clients or anyone professionally connected with the promotion of the competition.
13. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition/prize and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
14. All additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the 28 winners.
15. The names of the 28 winners will be available from the Manchester Arndale marketing department at Management Office, 1st Floor, Arndale House, Manchester, M4 3AQ on receipt of a stamped self addressed envelope after 1 July 2012.
16. It is a condition of entry to the competition that these rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.
