To provide a supporting role in maximising sales and profit by maintaining high retail standards and a customer focused team. In the absence of the management team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.

1-3 years previous experience in a retail clothing environment or similar service industry is essential.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of selling skills, how to provide excellent customer service, procedures for cash handling and team work.

Essential skills include:

- good communication skills; ability to talk confidently to customers about products

- a friendly, approachable nature with the ability to empathise with our customers

- an honest, trustworhty individual with integrity

- enthusiasm, flair and the ability to work on their own initiative

- good organisational skills, which enable them to ensure tasks set are completed to the required standard on time

- a smart appearance which projects the right image to our customers
