We are currently seeking a dynamic, result-oriented individual, with a proven track record in retail, to join our team within the Manchester Arndale Centre.  The successful candidate will possess the following experience:

*Experience in a key holding position, with a strong record in sales
*Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams
*Experience in cosmetic/personal care field ( an asset )

As supervisor you will be required to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of management.  In return Fruits & Passion offer a salary commensurate with experience and a generous bonus program.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisation skills. The ideal candidate must be dynamic and "think out of the box" to lead the Customer Experience Team here at Manchester Arndale. A minimum of 2 years retail management experience is required, salary dependent on experience.
