Information Desks
There are Information Desks on the ground floor (lower mall) situated in Halle Square and Wintergarden. Information literature is available and our friendly staff are only too pleased to help, ensuring shoppers a warm, polite and courteous welcome.

Here are some of the ways we assist people in the centre:

- Find hotels and restaurants within Manchester
- Direct shoppers to cash points, toilets and other facilities
- Detail the latest promotions and events in the centre
- Offer information about Manchester Arndale Gift Cards
- Operate our ChildSafe scheme

Telephones
There are public telephones by the Exchange Court toilets, within the FoodChain and Wintergarden.

Toilets / Baby Changing Facilities
There are toilets, disabled toilets and baby-changing facilities located at:

- Exchange Court
- Halle Square
- Wintergarden
- FoodChain

There is also a bottle warming facility located in the FoodChain.

Lifts
Lifts are available at Bhs, Boots, Exchange Court and Wintergarden for ease of access around the centre. FoodChain can be accessed via an external lift situated in Pall Mall (side of Boots), internal lifts situated on Marsden Way and escalators from Market Street and Marsden Way.

Shopmobility
For those visitors who find mobility a problem, Shopmobility is more than happy to help. Situated on the lower mall at Wintergarden, they offer the free loan of wheelchairs, power chairs and power scooters.
Booking has to be in advance on 0161 839 4060 .

On your first visit to ShopMobility you will need to register. You must bring two forms of ID with you, preferably your Disability Benefit Book.

There is free parking in designated disabled bays on Levels 1, 3 & 5 in the Manchester Arndale Car Park, High Street. Lifts J or K bring you to the Mall area. Leave the lift and turn right. ShopMobility is at the end of the corridor on the right. If you use the glass Wintergarden lift from the High Street Car Park, we are at the end of the corridor at the left of Sports Direct.

No Smoking
Manchester Arndale operates a No Smoking policy throughout the Centre. Thank you for not smoking.

Public Information
Use our large plasma screens and touchscreens to find out about coming events, the location of stores, centre maps, public transport and job vacancies. If you have any trouble using the touchscreens, you can ask for help at a Customer Information Desk.

Retail Therapy Team
You can get a totally free express shopping session with our Retail Therapy Team. You get one-to-one time with a retail expert who will give advice and pave your way past the queues and even carry your bags for you. They are happy to cater for all budgets, and there's no pressure to buy. This is all part of the great shopping experience we love to provide at Manchester Arndale.

Manchester Arndale Career Centre
