There are Information Desks on the ground floor (lower mall) situated in Halle Square and Wintergarden.

Information literature is available and our friendly staff are only too pleased to help, ensuring shoppers a warm, polite and courteous welcome.”

- Direct shoppers to cash points, toilets and other facilities
- Detail the latest promotions and events in the centre
- Offer information about Manchester Arndale Gift Cards
- Operate our ChildSafe scheme 

Public Information

Use our large plasma screens and touchscreens to find out about coming events, the location of stores, centre maps, public transport and job vacancies. If you have any trouble using the touchscreens, you can ask for help at a Customer Information Desk.
