Shopmobility

For those visitors who find mobility a problem, Shopmobility is more than happy to help. Situated on the lower mall at Wintergarden, they offer the free loan of wheelchairs, power chairs and power scooters.
Booking has to be in advance on 0161 839 4060 .

On your first visit to Shopmobility you will need to register. You must bring two forms of ID with you, preferably your Disability Benefit Book.

There are designated disabled bays on levels 1, 3 & 5 in the Manchester Arndale Car Park, High Street. These bays are free of charge when you use the Shopmobilty service. Lifts J or K bring you to the Mall area. Leave the lift and turn right. Shopmobility is at the end of the corridor on the right. If you use the glass Wintergarden lift from the High Street Car Park, we are at the end of the corridor at the left of Sports Direct.
